This is a 12-weeks training program designed to prepare students for roles as Computer System Support Specialists, Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support Technician, System Administrator, Cloud Support Engineer and IT Support. It includes preparation for CompTIA A+, Microsoft AZ-900, and Microsoft 365 (O365) Administration. The total instructional time is 260 hours, with a combination of lecture and lab hours. No externship hours are included.
